Double debut for Leafield at RWM

RWM 2011 will see a double debut for Leafield Environmental as this will be the first time that the company, formally known as LINPAC Environmental, will have come to the show in their new guise. Secondly, to mark the occasion, the company plans to show two new additions to the highly successful Envirobin range of internal recycling bins and containers. The stacking  Arena Envirobin and the circular Envirobin 135 have been designed to meet different needs within this growing market place.

The Arena Envirobin as been designed specifically to be stored, stacked, moved around and positioned according to the need and is ideal for events, exhibitions, and shows. The shape of the bin has two distinct features. Firstly it has a slightly wedged profile to provide deep, space saving, stowage and allowing up to ten units to be safely stacked upside down. Secondly for compactness, the Arena bin is ‘D’ shaped with a curved front and flat back to give close placement against walls. The oval aperture, within the lid, is suitable for collecting a wide range of waste streams, reinforced by use of WRAP compliant colours and graphics. The lid units also conveniently stack for storage and transportation, important for this market.

 

The new Envirobin 135 has a larger capacity and being circular it is more suited to ‘island’ or corner locations particularly in higher footfall locations. It is expected to be popular in food hall areas where the flip top can be consistent across all waste streams including food and general waste. The bin is available in wide range of body colours that can be married with WRAP compliant colour coded lids and graphic for the appropriate waste stream.

 

A number of external recycling bins suitable for ‘Recycling on the Go’ will also be on show. These will include Envirobanks, TwinBins, and the Pioneer Recycling Bin that was new last year. Competitively priced ECO specification versions featuring the use of 100% recycled material are expected to be of particular interest to Local Authorities.  Details of these products are contained in an all new Recycling on the Go brochure.
