'Bin it for England', Win a TwinBin!

LEAFIELD Environmental (Formally known as Linpac Environmental) is providing Local Authorities with an opportunity to promote the DEFRA ‘Recycling on the Go’ initiative and at the same time get behind the England Team during the World Cup.

They are producing 11 special TWINBIN recycling bins in the distinctive red and white England colours, with 'Bin it for England' labelling. The idea is that these limited edition TWINBINS will be placed in prominent High Street locations during the World Cup to encourage recycling.

After the World Cup your England TWINBIN will be replaced with a regular version FREE OF CHARGE and the England TWINBIN donated elsewhere within the community to help keep the initiative going.

Local Authorities wanting to get involved are asked to simply enter a prize draw where eleven winners will each receive one of the England TWINBINS in time for the opening match against USA on Saturday, 12th June.

Commenting on the promotion, Paul Black, General Manager at LEAFIELD Environmental said ‘We think that this is a great way to engage with the public and young people in particular and get people recycling on our High Streets. We hope that Local Authorities will want to get involved and use this as an opportunity to have some fun during the World Cup, support the England Team and raise awareness through the local media for this important issue’.    

Local Authorities wanting to enter the draw should call the Customer Services on 01225 816500 or dowload the entry form before Friday 28th May.

No purchase necessary. Following the World Cup, the limited edition 'England' TwinBin can be donated to a local project of your choice. The 'England' TwinBin will be replaced with a standard recycling TwinBin free of charge which is suitable for heritage areas.
